In this episode, I am joined by parenting coach, Nic Strack. Nic (pronouns: they/them) is a brilliant, hilarious, awkward-as-fuck human, who’s proud to be an autistic trans non-binary queer parent of color. They’ve created a bespoke parenting framework which guides parents to custom create their own parenting styles, in order to make conscious choices with confidence and grace.
Nic shares how they learned to be invested in their relationship with themself and what it means to continually do the work of unlearning the belief that you and your needs don’t matter. Nic also discusses the 5 c’s of bespoke parenting and their advice for supporting your family during this time.
